I’ve been an early childhood educator & administrator for 27 years. With a Master’s degree in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about mentoring and supporting teachers to become the very best, most developmentally appropriate teacher they can be. My adult life’s work has been surrounded by elevating the quality of early childhood programs to support young children in every way.

I’m a tell it like it is kind of lady, especially when it comes to fiercely advocating for young children. My advocacy for young children comes in the way of guiding and encouraging you - the teacher. Having seen both the good and the bad in our field, I know we can always do better. I also know that the work doesn’t stop when you think you’ve arrived at being developmentally appropriate. One thing you need to know is that I will be your biggest cheerleader and I’m just a click away from you accessing all of the resources and guidance here on my site.
